Terrible Customer Service


I was a couple minutes late for the train and I went inside to ask if I had missed my train and the person working the desk had no idea and then rudely responded saying, "must have,,i don't see it on the track." I asked her where i should go next to connect to get on it and she had no idea so she asked another employee who told me to go a couple stops next so that I would get to it and I asked if I would get there in time and she said yes. I have been waiting here two hours and i think it's safe to say I am $10 in the hole and wasted a lot of time. Now I will sit here and wait around another hour for someone to come get me. Earlier it was 15 minutes late and apparently now they're ahead of schedule. What a terrible experience.
